Catapult.LP500 3D Printed 5.9L ITX PC Case (3D Print & CAD Files v1.0)

Print your own Catapult.LP500 case using the STEP or STL files in this package. Modify them to suit your own build with the included Fusion 360 CAD file.

3D Printer Requirements

Requires a 3D Printer that can print up to 287mm.

• The Front Strut, Back Plate, Motherboard Tray and Top/Bottom panels require a 3D printer capable of printing a maximum size of 287x224mm. If you are unable to print these parts, we recommend purchasing the 'Catapult.LP Barebones Kit (Metal Frame Only)' as all other parts can be printed on significantly smaller 3D printers.
• Side struts require a 3D printer capable of printing a max length of 220mm.
• The case has been tested using PETG and ABS filaments for the necessary heat resistance characteristics. It is recommended to not print the struts or top panel using PLA, as the parts are likely to warp. Panel segments have an inner core we recommend printing in a heat-resistant filament such as PETG or ABS, which should allow for the outer plate to be any material you wish, including PLA.
• Where M2.5 screws are intended to screw into metal components, 2 versions of key parts are included with either 2.5mm holes for self-tapping assembly using M2.5 screws, or a 4mm hole for threaded heat-inserts. Likewise, 3.5mm holes have been added to allow for self-tapping assembly using M3 screws, or 4.6mm for threaded heat-inserts.
• If you wish to modify the hole sizes or any other feature, please consider purchasing 1 of the product bundles in the store that include CAD files.

All panel segments are available to download free of charge in the store and are also included in this download file.

• 5.9 liters (304mm x 241mm x 81mm)
• CPU Cooler: Up to 60mm
• GPU: Designed for Low Profile GPUs like the Gigabyte RTX 4060 LP
